RETURNS POLICY 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected we will refund your purchase via method of the original purchase minus shipping where possible.

If the product returned is faulty, we will meet our obligation to provide a remedy under the “Consumer Guarantees Act”.

Please note we do not refund shipping, change of mind purchases or cover return shipping cost.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

WARRANTY

We will fulfill all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Unless otherwise stated, all our products come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event a fault should occur with a product, it will need to be returned to us for assessment as soon as any defect is discovered. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. General wear and tear, incorrect use or installation, modification, impact or any other damage will not be covered under the warranty. We will replace or repair the item where possible and refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. We will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
